Les déviances 80’s du disco des 70’s

Le Post-disco est un style de disco qui associe l’énergie de la Hi-NRG au Néo disco, grâce au Heavy Funk, à l’utilisation de vocoders et au Breakbeat. Il prend un place prépondérante aux USA dans les 80’s avec des artistes qui peuvent aussi associer le disco au beatbox.

C’est en 1979 que la naissance du Post-disco est estimée avec notamment le projet italo-américain CHANGE influencé largement par CHIC. C’est d’ailleurs à partir de cette évolution musicale que le Spaghetti disco va devenir l’Italo Disco quelques mois plus tard.

Concrètement, on peut considérer le “Disco Band” de SCOTCH ou le “Another Life” de KANO être du Post-disco.
